Permit- We follow all city codes and when required we pull the permit for you and we arrange for the final inspection on your behalf. 

Drop Cloths- Our installers will protect your home with drop cloths.

Lock Out Tag Out Policy-Our lock out tag out policy ensures the safety of both you and our installers.

Removal and Disposal of Old Equipment– We will remove the old equipment from your home and dispose of it in an environmentally friendly way.  All recyclable materials, including metals and refrigerants will be recycled. 

Transition– Custom built by hand to ensure the perfect fit of your new furnace.

Return Air Can– Properly sized for correct air flow and custom built by hand.

Sheetrock & Decking– We will add sheetrock and decking if needed to ensure easy access for routine maintenance.

Warranty-  Your furnace will be completely covered for the first year both parts and labor.  After the first year the manufacturers warranty takes effect.  We are authorized service providers for all the equipment we install.

Fully Stocked Warehouse-  And should your new unit have a breakdown you can rest assured we have the parts in stock, in fact new installations always receive priority service in the event of a breakdown.
